1. Eat fewer foods that cause inflammation.
Namely sugar and stuff that turns into sugar. Like white breads and pastas.
These foods trigger inflammation. Inflammation causes pain.
Everyday, I find that reducing these foods reduces pain, no matter which part of the body is affected.
2. Drink plenty of clean water.
You can add real lemon or just go with plain water.
Drinking water will help clean out and hydrate your body systems.
It will help reduce pain, improve digestion, hydrate your skin, and give you many other health benefits.
3. Eat garlic*, ginger, & turmeric.
Adding these spices to the food you eat will definitely spice up your menu.
Turmeric (aka Curry), Ginger and Garlic also help improve the function of your liver, kidneys and heart.
Plus, they reduce pain and inflammation.
*May also prevent vampire bites (if you’re worried about that sort of thing.)
4. Eat your veggies!
Grandma was right about a lot of things. This one was spot on.
Most likely, even if you listened, you still don’t eat as many vegetables as you should.
Vegetables give you fiber and have tons of nutrients your body needs.
Fiber keeps your bowels healthy, which will help supply those nutrient materials to every tissue in your body.
And yes, you guessed it- vegetables keep inflammation and pain to a minimum.
