Allernest has been a great solution to an annoying allergy problem that was causing me terrible nosebleeds. Nothing worked and I tried a lot of different things. Allernest regulated my histamine response within the first 36 hours. After 4 days of use, I now only use this on an as needed basis. I highly recommend.
