Thrive Wellness Center Return Policy
At Thrive Wellness Center, we are committed to providing high-quality nutritional supplements to support your wellness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of your order.
- Condition: Only unopened products are eligible for return. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return an item, you may place a new order for a different product.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return
Contact us by emailing support@thrive-wellness-center.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Obtain RMA Number
- Upon receiving your request, we will contact the manufacturer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once the RMA number is received, we will provide it to you via email.
Prepare Your Return
- Packaging: Securely package the unopened product in its original packaging.
- Labeling: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Ship the package to the address provided by the manufacturer or as directed in the RMA instructions.
Refund Process
- After the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned item, they will refund Thrive Wellness Center.
- We will process your refund within up to 5 business days after confirmation from the manufacturer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
3. Broken or Damaged Items
If you receive a broken or damaged product:
- Notify Us Within 7 Days: Email support@thrive-wellness-center.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
- Resolution: We will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with manufacturer policies.
4. Lost Shipments
If your return package is lost in transit:
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt and tracking number.
- Notify us if tracking indicates the package is lost and provide tracking information.
- We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and manufacturer to locate the package or determine next steps.
5. Non-Returnable Items & General Refund Terms
- Certain products may be non-returnable, including perishable items, temperature-sensitive products, personalized items, or items restricted by the manufacturer.
- Refunds are processed in the original currency and timing depends on your financial institution.
6. Subscription Orders & Missed Cancellations
Subscription Cancellation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions prior to the next billing and fulfillment date. Cancellation instructions are provided at the time of subscription enrollment and are accessible through your account.
Missed Cancellations
If a subscription order is processed because it was not canceled before the renewal cutoff, the order is considered valid and fulfilled.
Store Credit Policy
- Subscription orders that ship due to missed cancellation are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
- As a courtesy, Thrive Wellness Center may issue store credit for the value of the product minus shipping costs, provided the product is unopened and returnable per manufacturer guidelines.
- Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- May be used toward future purchases at Thrive Wellness Center
- Does not expire unless otherwise stated
Opened or Non-Returnable Subscription Products
Opened, used, or manufacturer-restricted products from subscription orders are not eligible for refund or store credit.
