I was having some fatigue in the midst of perimenopause. My naturopath suggested this. I have since developed insomnia. Wondering if this supp is contributing...? I also feel itchy! Disappointing b/c it makes me feel decent and sometimes even sublime during the day. I will probably just experiment with a lighter dose early in the day.
